Loli is a loving and very gentle girl that has had a hard past. She and her sister Taffy were dumped at a car wash in Byron with a container of food. She has been bred a lot and someone did a horrible job cropping her ears. Still, her gentle soul shines through. She is happiest when she is close to you. She is low energy but does play. She would do best as an only dog. She has little patience for active dogs. She is crate trained.

Our brave warrior Nessa was picked up by the police when she was running the streets of her neighborhood and guarding people from their garages. She was testy with us volunteers when we went to the pound to get to know her. She definitely prefers women once she gets to know them. We finally got an outdoor kennel open so we moved her outside so she could safely get to know the volunteers and she is making huge strides.
